This is you: You know you’re great at what you do. You’re a star performer in your own right. But, are you good enough to effectively edit yourself and your instincts to beat someone else as good as or better than you?
Instinct is an interesting phenomenon. Something deep down inside of you is privy to information that your conscious mind is not aware of. How this is possible is of course a mystery. But, in the end, you know that your gut, your instinct, is the thing that will keep you afloat in a time of uncertainty.
Sometimes you need to take a leap of faith and trust yourself.
What happens if you need information, resources, or just plain help and don’t have the funding or time to go hire and train someone new?
Find someone at your company who has the skills to help progress your project, understand what their needs are, and see how you can help make their jobs easier. Everyone has a soft spot for helping an acquaintance in need who is willing to help them.
